MOOD BOARD

Bull City Butler Moodboard2.png

The idea behind this first mood board is sort of a vintage throwback with a modern feel. We could include traditional style illustration like you see with clock and typewriter and modernize it with some clean serif fonts. The color palette would be mostly black and grey with some cool pops of a vibrant red. Think a cool black car with red leather interior or red-bottomed  shoes. This vintage feel would certainly lend itself to a high-end clientele but would also be the most traditional of all the vibes.

VIBE TWO

The idea behind this second mood board is a little more subdued than the first. Still sophisticated and rich color palette but less in your face. For this concept I would probably go with some clean serif fonts like the ones you see (above) and keep it modern with bold color blocking and styling. Instead of traditional style illustrations I would try and incorporate some patterns to give some depth and character to your brand. I feel like the vibe of this mood board falls somewhere in the middle of the gender spectrum and in the middle of the modern vs traditional spectrum.

VIBE THREE

The idea of this third mood board is still high-end and sophisticated but very modern. The color palette would consist of black, white and gold. The fonts I would use would probably be condensed sans serifs and bold serifs. Instead of using patterns or illustrations, I would probably focus more on finding strong imagery to further your branding. Modern and masculine interior spaces with pops of rich wood and leather. Strong lines and boxes to cap off the designs. This vibe is definitely the most modern and masculine of the three vibes but could easily be softened with the right imagery.
